TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KC-RIDES
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email sent to the customer. KC-RIDES reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion, with a full refund provided if applicable.
Service Description
KC-RIDES provides private and shared transport services, including airport transfers, local rides, and pre-booked chauffeur services. Additional services beyond the standard transport offering—such as waiting time, additional stops, or premium vehicle options—are available at an extra cost. Please inquire for details.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service are transferable to a new booking.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
For premium or special services (such as executive or long-distance bookings), cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled within 90 days from the original booking date.
Changes and Modifications
Any changes to booking details—such as pick-up time, location, or passenger information—must be communicated to KC-RIDES at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. KC-RIDES reserves the right to adjust booking schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances, including traffic disruptions, weather conditions, or operational issues.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including contact details and pick-up/drop-off locations. Customers are expected to be present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. KC-RIDES will not be held responsible for missed rides due to customer delays or incorrect information provided.
Liability
KC-RIDES is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or road closures. KC-RIDES will not be held responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to unforeseen delays. Liability is strictly limited to the cost of the booked service.
Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards KC-RIDES drivers and other passengers. KC-RIDES reserves the right to refuse service to any customer exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.
Collection of Personal Information
KC-RIDES collects personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, and booking details. We may also collect anonymous demographic information, such as location preferences, travel patterns, and service usage statistics. Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and access times may be automatically collected for service operation and analytics.
Use of Personal Information
Your personal information is used to provide and improve our services, process bookings, and inform you of offers or service updates. KC-RIDES does not sell, rent, or lease customer information to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service partners (such as payment processors or drivers) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking, and they are required to maintain confidentiality.
